I woke up this morning and had an amazing walk with a friend. It was the fastest hour to date! I'm looking forward to more. I had a great morning. I felt good. I watched my manager eat a chip and I didn't want it! BREAKTHROUGH!!!!! Well that was until tonight. My dad's surprise birthday party. Wings, bread, and pitoski (it's a Russian thing)..... It was very hard to not have even a bite!!! NOT ONE!!! Small victory right? I mean I love that I was able to walk away... but I almost cried several times. It was so rough that I just couldn't stay for cake.
After I found the new place I am living... (more to come!!) my friend (a different one from the morning) and I came back to my place to do my measurements and take photos of the concert. I have instructed her that if I fail they are to be posted. Even MORE motivation right???
Since the party started late (thanks to me being late and forgetting the wings) my friend and I got back to my house late... late enough that I couldn't do my workout. I did do some extra walking so the day wasn't a total loss. I am disappointed that I missed the gym however. Another step right?
Slowly but surly I think my mind is changing. Although I can't wait for my cheat day! ;)
