Day 28- Tell the devil I said, hey, when you get back to where you're from

Cravings. We all have them, at one point or another. Some people crave cigarettes, some alcohol. As you all already know I have cravings for food. I'm now slowly not craving as much as I used to. My head still wants to go through a drive through and grab quick food... my body thankfully is telling me no.

I am so committed to this goal... well at least my body is. My brain isn't working the way I want it to sometimes. Right now my sense recognition is saying "ooooo those chicken fingers smell delicious" How do I make it so that my nose tells my brain it smells like garbage?

I actually had a good work out today. I did my hour walk... which is not usually fun. Watched the movie Outsourced (on which my new favorite show is based on) and I felt some of my stress melt away. I would have had to stay on for 10 hours to get any real relief.

I will be starting Zumba on Thursday at lifetime fitness. I'm very excited about it! I have been wanting to get into it for a while. I hope that it's as fun as everyone says. I'm also looking for a hip hop class to get into. I'm looking for more fun exercises instead of just walking...
