Wow, 21 days. It says it takes 21 days to make a habit. I wonder if this is a habit or if it's just sheer will power. Well only time will tell. I am still doing everything according to plan, well except missing a couple of gym sessions. I do feel horrible when I do... but sometimes getting up doesn't agree with me. I'm really trying to like the gym, but I don't. I'm not one of those people that likes staring at 4 walls and running toward nowhere.
I would prefer dancing or playing soccer. Something a little more interactive than the sadistic treadmill. It's probably the worst thing ever invented. I know I have said this before, but now you know I really mean it.
I know this was a short one, but it's very hard to write every day. It's also very draining to be so honest. Until tomorrow....
